There are many landmark Supreme Court decisions that involve sex, religion, or sex and religion combined.  These decisions include sterilization of the “feebleminded”, prayer in the schools, the pledge to the flag, and legality of the use of birth control in the privacy of our own homes. The Court has weighed in on all of these matters as well as others. From abortion to same-sex marriage, we’ve viewed the Court’s opinions over the decades with either disdain or joy. This course will be taught by Barbara Blumberg. $40 Beth El member, $50 non-member.
