Understanding and Preparing a Personal Jewish Ethical Will
Facilitator: Barry Smith is a lawyer and Jewish Educator who has assisted adults in exploring the subject matter and creating their personal Jewish Ethical Will.

Creating a Jewish Ethical Will is a part of our rich Jewish heritage. Usually we envision a will as leaving property to our relatives and special people. The Jewish Ethical Will is leaving future generations what you have learned about life and what values and ideas you want to convey to them. Participants in this two part course will explore the roots of the Jewish Ethical Will. We will study a variety of models for an ethical will, Participants will have the opportunity to create their own ethical will.
Fee: $30/Beth El Congregation members; $40/non-members. Registration is required for all participants.
